Telcom offers at least 12 months warranty on products unless otherwise stated. If anything goes wrong with the purchased equipment during the time you are covered under warranty the customer must return the item back to us and we will repair or replace it. All equipment on site is refurbished unless it specifically says new. All products are tested and cleaned. Phones will come with new labels, a new handset cord and a new line cord.
The phones sold by Telcom all require the correct phone system to operate, not just phone service. You cannot plug a phone into your house or home office without the exact phone system necessary to make the phone work.
We do not offer refunds, only store credits and exchanges. If returning any equipment for any reason, it is your responsibility to cover the shipping expenses back to us. We will pay the shipping to get the replacement or store credit to you.
Our warranty only covers normal use or if something is not working out of the box. We do not offer exchanges or returns for customer error, improper installation, improper usage, spilling fluids, dropping or throwing any part of the phone, or acts of God. Acts of God include lightning, fire, flood, power outages (surges), hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or any other natural occurrence.
If you buy a phone system from us, you must hire a professional to install it for you. We do not pay for a professional to come out and help you with your purchase. It is fully your responsibility to pay for labour. We do not pay or reimburse labour fees, even faulty equipment
Telcom offers a 12 months limit where we accept returns on our equipment if it is defective and returned within 12 months of the original purchase. We do not offer refunds, only replacements and store credits. When returning an item you can get a replacement or a store credit. The credits can be used to purchase anything on our site. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Products must be returned as received with a photo copy of your sales receipt and all accessories. You must specify on your sales receipt if you want a replacement or a store credit.
While we don’t do traditional advanced replacements, you can purchase a second item that we can ship immediately and when the defective item is returned we can refund the original transaction.
Shipment Refusals and Wrong Items Ordered
If an order is paid for, shipped out, then refused during delivery and returned back to us we will refund your credit card the purchase price of the item minus 25% restocking fee. You will not get refunded any of the shipping costs. If you ordered an item and received free shipping, and the item is returned you will be charged the shipping fees.
If a customer orders a phone and does not have a phone system we will take the item(s) back and refund you less a 25% restock fee minus all shipping costs. The customer must call prior to returning the item(s) purchased in error and inform customer service so a note is made in their file. All items ordered in error must be returned within 30 days to receive the refund minus restock fee.
